by 5:00 PM CST on September 27, 2006.
You must include the following information:
1. Front Runner Gold Card number
If you have previously registered for a Front Runner Gold Card, but do not know your number, please provide the following information as close as possible to what you provided when you initially signed up. If we cannot locate your Front Runner Gold Card number using that information, you will need to re- apply for a new free card at any Inter- Track Partners OTB location.

7. Intertrack Partners OTB facility you frequent most often
Once we register you with the above information, you will receive a confirmation email with a schedule of the races and football games for each week. We will also email the races and football games of the week every Wednesday, along with a list of the current standings.
You can take your weekly email form to your local OTB every Saturday of the contest and receive a free simulcast program for that day’s races and receive an additional 5 points each week!
Information on the day’s races is also available online. Check illinoisotb.com for links. Just pick the winners for each selected race and football game and email back your weekly entry form to
poniespigskins@yahoo.com by 1 PM CST on each Saturday. If your race selections finish 1st, 2nd or 3rd in the contest races, and/or your contest football game picks win, you earn points! At the conclusion of the contest, the players with the top 20 point totals will win prize money to wager at their local Intertrack Partners OTB.
Be sure to play each weekend, or as often as you can. The more you play, the more chances you have to win. The official rules are available online and will be sent to you once you register at poniespigskins @yahoo.com.
