What is everybody's guess on the number of days Rucker will be suspended?  My guess is 0 days and loss of purses and a small fine.  What's your guess?

My guess is that he will be suspended this time but will run out tomorrow and get his lawyer to file for a TRO.Then he wil get a permanent injunction. He won't miss one day and then just like the one years suspension for the 10 caffeine positives suddenly went away the same will happen with these positives.

Remember something, unlike Rick Dane, Rucker has tons of cash and he bets $100 tri wheels so money is no problem for him to come up with so he can stay racing while his lawyer gets him off.

Unlike Dane, Rucker knows how to classify his stock.
Dane has his horses horribly misclassed at the Meadowlands.

Stick to the issue, Burton.  What does Dane's classification have to do with Ruckers hearing?  The ***'s said you were like this.  Knock it off.

Tom Wendt just called me and said that Rucker isn't worried about the hearing because it's already been taken care of by the Johnson's and to expect to see a 2006 contract signed by weeks end.

If they had any brains or balls they would do a trace on his vouchers and make him give the money he bet on them back also. But doing that they would open another can of worms and then they would know how many times he has bet against himself and believe me its alot more than any of you think. Isn't that the reason they ruined Ron Marsh's name and barred him for over 5-years??? For betting against himself??? If they wanted to they could find out alot more than they really want. Angry
