What did you think of his win?

And the 2nd and 3rd place finishers performances?

Thought it was a terrible betting race, no pace and lone speed.  How do you only come up with 6 horses for 1.5 million?

For a while, I thought Dude might lose.

David Grening‏@DRFGrening19m
Mike smith said Game On Dude was slipping. Bob Baffert said it may have been because he had plastic shoes on him w no toe grabs.

Teresa Genaro‏@BklynBckstretch15m
Torre: Mike Smith said he was working really hard and slipped all over the place. His heart got him there.

Well spotted regardless.  I agree how could such a big purse get a bad field.   Game On isnt the same with pressure in big fields.

A 6 horse field with two horses destined for the claimers.  Hard to believe you could not get a better field considering the money offered!

I think sometimes the money offered does not matter as much as the track doing the offering.......if dude was a stallion....would having won the charlestown classic really help his resume......just sayin.....
