I like Treasury Bill in there and is gonna be one of the top contenders in that rebel stakes. Liked his late closing kick in the San Vicente and is bred to go long too out of a Lemon Drop Kid who won the Belmont Stakes. I don't think he won't have trouble routing for first time.

I bet Will Take Charge in the Smarty Jones at 12-1 and also put $20 on him to win the Derby in pool 2 at 61-1, yet, I fade him today because of high weight? I even told myself the slop did him in last time out....so pissed!

The winner was Will Take Charge over stablemate Oxbow.

Do we see the 1st 2 finishers being Derby worthy contenders?

Will Take Charge ran faster than the Azeri winner, Tiz Miz Sue. Also, the track was SLOOOW today. The 1:45 flat time is pretty good and I'm expecting a good fig. Will Take Charge carried high weight today and changed tactics. He came from mid-pack in between horses and ran hard to the wire. He is a huge horse. I bet he is approaching 17 hands. The breeding is impeccable. I'm excited about him and I'm glad he turned things around. I picked him 2nd today and I'm kicking myself in the ass.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned anything about Jon Court. Lukas has two horses that Court had ridden and it looked to me like he opted for this one. Lukas isn't guy a guy to pluck Mike Smith for Oxbow because he wants his best his horse to have a high profile jock. Court knew the slop was no good, and Bafferts horse got away on an easy lead last time. 25-1 was a joke on this horse. Still awesome to see the old coach still has the magic and he'll have two solid contenders for the Derby. And you know which one Court will be on.....
