California p5 takeout

Jstuff or anyone in california know what the rumored p5 takeout will be?  I keep hearing it's going to be raised at Hollywood.  When I do searches I can't find the new rate.

It may stay at 14%

It will go back to 23% like other exotics in California unless Hollywood and the TOC come to an agreement.  It was my understanding that Hollywood took most if not all of the hit on the lower takeout.  They were looking to share the load this year with horsemen and met resistance.

I can't see it due to site block but there's a DRF story about it.
