I'd like to change my screen name. As "franco" paints a visual picture of a guy just off the boat or having just waded across the Rio Grande. Maybe even an illegal immigrant working in the kitchen of Pizza Hut or perhaps a wannabee fascist.

From now on I'd like the administrator to change my screen name to be the far more fitting "Quarter Crack".

............and SeaBee......you forgot "Tony Inclement".

Secretariat was indeed by screen name at BUV. I have gone on record saying that many times. After my exit from BUV I never used that screen name again.

About Dan Nutze  I believe he is a pl op character. Don't even try to figure out whos who at that site. If you do you'll end up

Your Internet trial there was one of the top 10 great humorous moments of the Internet, ever, right up there with Dancing Baby. thumbs up

Forums will come and forums will go, minor characters like DN & Co. will be long forgotten, but the Internet trial will live until ... well, forever, now, thanks to the archives of the Internet.

The most humorous part of the trial was when Judge Michigan Dales adjourns the court until the next day and orders the thread to be locked up tight.

At 12 midnight DN comes in opens up the thread makes some nonsensical comment about me and leaves. Half an hour later Judge Michigan Dale comes in opens up the court and agrees with what DN had to say and leaves.

Next morning I was all over them and gave them hell for this gaffe.

I assure you, all of us watching from the outside were busting a gut for as long as it went on. I personally was disappointed when you pleaded guilty.

I never pleaded guilty even though I agreed to go on trial because I know I was gonna leave soon and wanted to say what I wanted to say without fear of deletions or editing.

I did say plenty which the Nanceys would never tolerate anyone saying in front of their own flock.

Huh

I thought you admitted to being "Secretariat", which is what I thought the whole show was about. And then the whole trial collapsed into a big Keystone Cops sham of finger-pointing and recrimination that ended up making Judge Dale look really bad, and he basically resigned? Do I not remember right?
