In that article didnt they fail to mention jockeys Patrick Husbands and Rajiv Maragh?? They're black too but from a different country. Both are successful in North America.

what jockey won more races in north america than any other jockey in 2010 and 2011? here's a hint. a man of black heritage.

Rajiv Maragh is of subcontinental extraction, though he grew up in Jamaica.  He's not black.

rajiv USED to be jamacian,
 the blacks traded 2 olympic spinters who were part black/jamacian for rajiv.

so now rajiv is a black,
and the olymic sprinters are now jamacian instead of black.
