Shownotrunks farm would be stupid not to have a contract of some sorts to much liability on verbal. Training facities and equine facilities are not usually so in love with tenants to throw their legs that high in the air to be fornicated!

Reading comprehension is a valueable skill to acquire.
Some have it and others don't.
I think we all know who doesn't in this case.
If one cannot read and understand paragraph 27 in the agreement with the Meadowlands, then that person should not attempt to engage in an intelligent, logical discussion. Doing so will only expose an obvious lack of understanding relative to this discussion..
Whoever mentioned the "big guns" that Showplace has makes me laugh.
Here we go with the old, "OK, let's whip it out and see who wins."
If Showplace in NOT interested in restoring the integrity of the sport, then perhaps the big shots that own the land should just put townhouses up and be done with it..
As I've said previously, anyone who tries to defend the scumbags and lash out at Gural is either really stupid, or is part of the problem as a cheating scumbag, or an associate.
Like DeNiro's character in "Casino" says to the uncle of the slot guy he fires:
"Either your nephew is too stupid to see a fix, or he was in on it. Either way, I can't have him working here."
Same thing here, just the location and situation changes a bit.

Ah, fornication. It really does make the world go round, doesn't it?
We are all at one time or another, the fornicator, or the fornicatee...
The sport and the public have been on the "catching" end of fornication for way too long, and finally one man is taking a shot at cleaning up the game.
Naturally, the roaches will scatter and the snakes will seek another rock to hide under. It's the way the world always works.

Heritage makes no difference when you are under a TV and betting and capping.

Totally agree. And Koch is doing a great Job classifying horses. The only time you are seeing 3/5 win easy are in the series legs. The betting public also agrees, as they are betting with both hands.

Let's hope it continues when the other dumps open in late march and they go to 2 nights a week racing.

You mean zoccali.   Yes Darrin is a friend and enjoys his job.   He is doing great.

I'm with you, Horse. Boy, Darin certainly is wearing a lot of hats: Director of Racing Operations, ML odds maker, track handicapper, broadcaster, and now racing secretary, too. Who knew. Darin is classifying the horses? You’d think the track would have put out a press release about Zoccali replacing Peter Koch as racing secretary. What’s with that?
