4-Whos Your Maddy lived up to the hype as favorite from post 10 & almost made the perfect Campbell cover trip pay off in a weak C-1 field
7-Yo Cheyenne Rocky that was some blowout win in 1:51.2 two starts back, then flashed sharp speed & still finished third at a mile and a sixteenth despite broken equipment
Race 2
4-Mr Dennis was used pretty hard to a :54.1 half & still prevailed against a tough foe in added distance event, $110,000 Mixed Sale purchase paying off
8-Holdingallthecards rags-to-riches story swept the Clyde Hirt Series with controlling speed, no doubt the one to knock off again
3-Screen The Call twice second in the Clyde Hirt Series, runner-up again as the beaten favorite when forced into a pace-setting mode
Race 3
7-Man He Can Skoot solid runner-up in the Clyde Hirt Final was a game second to Mr Dennis, giving way in the added sixteenth, tougher draw in a competitive division
3-Cee Pee Panic took a mark of 1:50.3 in a Clyde Hirt division, then had a tough trip in that final, back inside for Burke
6-Chicago Hanover qualified in sharp style, then caught far back from post 10 in his debut here, sports decent 3yo resume & obvious chance to improve
Race 4
3-Whiskey Pete now the third start after the long injury layoff after flashing some decent late pace at this weaker C-1, draws better with a ton of back class
2-Outrageous Art another fresh acquisition for Burke with an excellent 2012 record in Ontario & draws well in a field of question marks
5-Dial A Win picked up a check in the Clyde Hirt Series & now plummets after missing 22 days into a field he can size up if the improving trend continues
Race 5
2-Morgan Shark finished a strong second with :27 speed on both ends chasing a winner who exploded home in :26, second start off a sick scratch & 22-day layoff
5-Vodka Is Terror just missed a Clyde Hirt Series division, has paid the price for slow starts in his last two & now gets some serious class relief
8-Southern Sport jumped on him last week & he simply had too far to come, remains a threat off that effort & banks on another fast pace
Race 6
3-A J Corbelli came up sick in his comeback, then carefully knifed his way through stretch traffic in a raging :26.1, draws better on the verge for Team Allard
9-Oscar Oscar his left wheel went inside one cone before he was taken down when heavily favored last week, faces a stiffer test here, yet sharp on the comeback trail
1-Foreign Officer fresh off speedy qualifiers & an energetic comeback at Yonkers, lands on the pole with a hefty share of back class, while looking to spark the Mark Ford barn
Race 7
9-Western Tsunami very consistent 10yo who has won three of his last four with brilliant :26 + change speed for a red-hot barn, merits the step up from B-1
2-Bakin On The Beach took a couple of weeks off after squandering a perfect second over trip as the beaten favorite in :26.1, fresh threat now moves inside for Mark Harder
5-Musselsfrombrussels rallied off excess cover to chase a rated runaway in Abelard Hanover, Team Allard have this one ready to fire another from off the pace
Race 8
6-No BU kicked home in :26 + change in his last two, his latest against the raging Western Tsunami, team Allard have this one moving in the right direction
4-Perrito Caliente seemed automatic last week as a new shipper for Burke, simply jogged in a career best with a :27.2, faces a stronger B-1 field now
5-Esprit De Kayjay N exits claimers after chasing a revved up Burke trainee in Oil Magnet, while closing from well off the pace, cant fault much so far this meet
Race 9
2-Stand By Cam was used hard in :54.3 from post 7 & only lost by two, no chance before that, showing positive signs & moves inside where he can stalk n pop
6-Hurrikane Scotty J drops from B-1 to B-2 off a needed mile, sports a bit of back class, very productive season in 2012 & has license to surprise this so-so bunch
5-Little Gold Ring finished an okay fourth off a rated pace in his first start here, form was sharp when he left off at Harrahs Philly
Race 10
2-Action Brad drops out of tougher nonwinners of 3 with a display of speed, tough trips before that, moves inside a blank field second time Lasix
4-Millenium Wheel maiden rode live cover to chase a runaway winner on a frigid night, post 4 again off two solid tightening miles
3-Arc De Triumph was forced first over on a frosty night & held third just behind Millenium Wheel in his second start off the bench
Race 11
1-Fought Da Law been waiting awhile for this guy to fire a big one, rode the rail & was all out chasing Abelard Hanover last week, remains a prime opportunist
7-Abelard Hanover flaunted his class with a decisive wire-to-wire last week in his second try off a sick scratch, figures to be the controlling speed again
2-Voice Of Truth has proven he closes the fastest of all, finally moves inside, but somehow needs to get with closer range for any chance of an upset
Race 12
5-In Mint Condition dropped to a straight 15 & romped to a lively score for brothers Miller, lands in a likely spot to post the repeat
9-Odin Blue Chip recent Team Allard claim added Lasix & got parked as the beaten favorite, 1:51.4 upsetter back on 1-12 has been chasing tougher company
8-Gaelic Thunder stormed home off a hot pace to end a long drought last Saturday, faces a comparable group, but may not get the speed target he needs
Race 13
8-Major Tipper that was a tremendous Big M debut for Burke, brushed into a :54.2 half, took on late pressure & almost lasted in a snowy 1:51.1
5-Doomsday Hanover attacked first over, ducked in the two-hole briefly, then drove on to just miss in a soft finale last Saturday
7-Market Force brushed to set some easy fractions & folded in a :31.1 final quarter after missing seven months, fresh claim by Nick Surick will require huge improvement
