because i do follow espn2 debate show "first take", with stephan a smith and skip bayless, and this has been debated a lot for last month plus. manny and carlos were on the set together in one segment-= plain and simple, floyd chicken to get in ring with manny--==

Do u guys think that Mayweather has any humility whatsoever? I don't think he's capable of fearing another boxer, he's just so arrogant, I don't think he'd back down to top heavyweights, clearly some of his whole shpiel is the "bravado" but I don't think he fears anyone

I remember them all except for Gene Fullmer's brother.  That name does not come to me.  Dick Tiger was a fave.  His real surname (I forget from which African nation he came) was Ihetu.  Seems simple enough, but it was pronounced -- I hate you.  Always found that amusing.

Speaking of Sugar Ray, I only got to see him fight late in his career -- and he was still damned good when he should have been too old to fight.  Remember Raging Bull?

DeNiro as Jake Lamotta says, "I'm still standing, Ray"

That was the 1951 version of the St. Valentine's Day Massacre.

Perret died from it and watched a great special on ESPN about Griffith coming out and then visiting Perret's son and making amends. What a heart warming special. thumbs up

Anyone who thinks pacquiao would beat mayweather is a little out there........pacquiao struggled in his 4 fights against marquez as where Mayweather annhilated Marquez........Mayweather has hardly been touched in his career and I don't see pacquiao even being able to touch him.......I truly hate Mayweather but just dont see how Pacquiao could touch him.......I think it would be even worse for Pacquiao now after he was knocked out by Marquez......a lot of fighters are never the same after getting knocked out cold like he was in his last fight
