Well residents of Arlington Heights, it looks like you've got your work cut out for you if you're in favor of slots at AP. One of the candidates for mayor, Tom Hayes, and in fact the one the outgoing mayor is backing, is against a full-time year-round slots casino at the track. Just slots during racing.

Probably a smart political move for that guy to be the only one opposed (even if only partially), but I would imagine once the new mayor sees budget projections with and without slots...
