I am just an old "Hoss" trainer, that has been raced hard and put away wet.

A friend took care of Pal Meyer Flite in California, but I can't remember who trained him.  Bobby Johnson, maybe.  (out there, obviously)  Gene Vallandingham migrated west about "73 or '74. Could he have had him?

there was an older thread that he was mentioned in.  Hope it helps.
