at least back then music was music, and the people would gather round listen to things as a social group, and enjoy one anothers company  you are probably to young and stupid to rememeber poy was legal until 1972, when nixon made it not.

Pot was essentially illegal from 1937 to 1969 when the Marijuana Tax Act was overturned and repealed in 1970, when it was replaced by the controlled substances act.

No need to be so venomous Big Red. I was referring to the youtube link that Terry posted re T Rex. It was quite funny and a nice respite. Personally, I was a Moody Blues guy back then (70's) and now.
