Congratulations To Jim Mullinix, Devan Miller and Joe Lighthill

The Ohio Chapter has voted Jim Mulinix as the recipient of the Winner's Circle Award for the Ohioan who has achieved outstanding accomplishments in the past year; named Devan Miller as the Peter Haughton Memorial Award winner as the young Ohioan who is an "up-and-coming” star among harness horsemen; elected Joe Lighthill into the Immortal Hall of Fame.

Joe Lighthill was a credit to Ohio racing for many years, and I think we all wish Devan Miller nothing but the best in her career. She certainly has the bloodlines . I think  we all wish her well in her riisng career

Mullinix is a well know star in Ohio having many top stars including the stellar trotter Check me Out , among many others, including A Rock N Rolldance

Confrats to all of these deserving award winners in the great state of Ohio

i dont know about the weight, but her was stock took at Scioto when she had Chris Page driving everything for her, then all of a sudden her stock fell flat on their face --- at the same time
