Boy that's pretty demeaning right there, far worse than "get a room already".  Angry

I should probably have a cow and launch off into a long "I've been so mistreated and forum life is so unfair" screed or three.

Sorry to interrupt but my god, what a sad existence it must be. My only thought is, the perfect punishment for being like terry, is being like terry. It truly must be a very sad, sad life.  head shake

You would think that HV would have learned his lesson about putting his stupidity on display by running to the race card, but he apparently has not

The only reason for you to be still steaming about being called out so many months ago is that I was spot-on about you, and you didn't like it very much.

Everyone else had forgotten already; thanks for reminding and reaffirming!  doh

It's Equiforce's all-purpose fight thread, might as well let it all hang out!

How does someone post a thread under someone else's name?  That is just sooooooo wrong!

How does someone post a thread under someone else's name?  That is just sooooooo wrong!

It's been explained three times already, but nothing wrong with four.

When the admin breaks a food fight out of some other thread it is stinking up, the owner of the first post in the fight becomes the originator of the "new" thread.

Unlike Equiforce, you been here long enough to have seen Janine do it multiple times in the past. They usually end up with a title like "argument thread" or "arguing" or something like that, but the first post in the thread ALWAYS determines the owner.

NEWS FLASH!!! You need to research back to the beginning of this quarantine thread and do your homework Terry. E wasn't the one who first mentioned the sick pony in Barn A. The so called attacks on Hawthorne were not at the facility itself. The uprising was over the handling of this virus. Funny how now that the "resurfacing" has been completed  BSmeter and the horses were made to stay put for two weeks the virus has seemed to have been eradicated.
This was exactly what a lot of the horsemen felt should have been done in the first place to get a handle on this virus. Instead the virus was mishandled in every way imaginable and SEVEN horses had to die because of it head shake

NEWS FLASH!

THAT STUFF THAT WAS ACTUALLY ABOUT RACING WASN'T CUT OUT OF THE THREAD! ONLY THE LATEST O.T. FIGHT EQUIFORCE STARTED!

 doh doh doh

I swear to God I've never seen such whining and hysterical carrying on over something as meaningless as a fight getting cut off another thread.

If memory serves me correctly, Equiforce started the virus thread that was locked down.  jrstark started the  Quarantine Information thread.

Correct and in that thread there was another poster who brought it to the attention of all about the pony who died in Barn A before the meet but it wasnt Equiforce. Seems to me like she should not be blamed for something she did not start   thumbs up

Thank you Sporthorse and Fast and Firm.  It seems like when I mention those things I am immediately under a microscope...so having others have my back is very much appreciated !

You two have GOT to be intentionally playing dense. There's just no other rational explanation.

Can't be sure but I think it was me that brought up the pony.  If I remember correctly I was informed that it was already reported in an article of Marcus'.  Which at the time, he didn't know it was omitted from...
I thought it was a very legitimate question...and regardless of everyones opinion I still do.  We will never know for certain where or who this originated from.  All anyone is doing is speculating.  If it wasn't started with the pony though it was more than likely carried in from the Arlington meet.  Given the incubation period and the date of the first horse going down.
Its alittle late in the game to point fingers.  Hopefully this is behind us now and we can move forward with productive race meets in both Northern and Southern Illinois.  Given the fact that nothing is being reported out of Hawthorne leading horseman to believe its over...I guess time will tell, but honestly I find it hard to believe with the numerous positives reported at the end of the meet that everything is as peachy as we are being led to believe.

The "broken out thread" had nothing to do with the pony. It had nothing to do with the quarantine. It had nothing to do with anything at all racing related.

Good point Sparky !!!  The thing is...there aren't any new positives.....because there are no horses  being tested.  The State Vet is not on site, daily, as the meet has ended.

No horses being tested = no positives, for sure....gives everyone a sense of security....I pray it's over, but like you said...how strange is that ?

But of course, if someone thought their horse was sick, they COULD pay for a herpes test themselves, instead of waiting on the taxpayers to pick up the bill for them.
