I think the Chicago Bears are at least heading in the right direction with the hiring of Marc Trestman .

Good luck with this one.  The Canadian League is full of talent.  NOT!

6-10 next season.

Seems like a good move by Trestman would be to retain the defensive coordinator and launch Mike Tice . Trestman has a proven track record with quality quarterbacks . I hope the overrated Jay Cutler can improve in 2013 and lets face it he will have a better offensive line .

I feel for you Bears fans, Cutler will never get it done imo. He's just good enough you can't get rid of him, like Romo but will never win it all lmao. Of course Rex Grossman took you guys to the show but had no chance... Peyton had to win that one.

This all remains to be seen. I believe people and fans alike should discuss more about the Bears making some player moves. Offensive line needs to be overhauled if you are focusing on being offensive....duh. Secondly, need to get new tight ends, get rid of some of their wide receivers except for Marshall.....hope Johnny Knox comes back, try to get Greg Jennings if the Pack let him go and get another receiver, keep Forte one more year but, look for a couple good running backs to replace him and be a backup back for 2013 season. Third, get all new assistant offensive coaching staff and get rid of Mike Tice. Keep Urlacher one more year and focus on acquiring some real impact defensive linemen. Get rid of Hester and replace him for 1/3 the price the Bears are paying him. Get a new punter that can kick the ball 70 yards on the fly. A couple good defensive cornerbacks wouldn't hurt either.
Ah *** it.....just overhaul the whole team!
