"Take for instance the ADW (Betzotic, Twinspires, TVG, Xpressbet) legislation. The law legalizing those companies to operate in Illinois technically expired on January 1. The legislature had months and months to pass an extension; all horsemen groups supported the extension, racetracks supported the extension, the IRB supported the extension and no one opposed the extension, not even the riverboats. But somehow, Springfield allowed the law to die. Incredibly, with the state billions of dollars in debt, legislators found a way to end something that has operated for years and provided revenue to racing and Illinois (albeit small) that everyone supported. You can't make this stuff up! So, as of tomorrow, all of the ADW companies will stop taking bets if you are an Illinois resident.

All the ADW's rape the tracks and horsemen anyway , Illinois should cut the signal to these places.
They need to renegotiate the contracts !!

ADW is one of the few forms of wagering growing in Illinois, accounting for some $122 million in bets during 2012 and $1.75 million in revenue to the state, Laino said.
