Balmoral wagers are not being accepted through adw. I dont play balmoral because of fees instituted but my friend wanted me to play a $24 pick four for him. I hope this appeases all the legal eagles out there. Even though its bad business because the politicians they are waiting on arent stopping stealing from the public or having affairs with interns. But we will stop taking wagers. Ok?
I'm going to take a wild guess and say it's Balmoral's doing that the wagering is suspended. As long as they can't (or won't) take wagers through their own Betzotic while the law is not in force, don't want the competition picking up the slack.
