1) need the jobs
2) need the added revenue
3) Chicago wants and needs casino and will not get it without help from other parts of the state.   That's right now but Rahm was not chief of staff for POS for nothing. ....
4) can't afford to lose 30, 000 jobs.

Those reason have been around for years but thank you for your post . I don't think the bill will get past until Quinn is gone and a Governor who was supported by Horse racing gets in .

I love it when those jobs numPerz in the tens of thousands are bandied about.  Go with me on this, but I suspect there is a bit of... exaggeration involved?
