Those reason have been around for years but thank you for your post . I don't think the bill will get past until Quinn is gone and a Governor who was supported by Horse racing gets in .

I love it when those jobs numPerz in the tens of thousands are bandied about.  Go with me on this, but I suspect there is a bit of... exaggeration involved?
