Is there a link with photo from sky high gals win at sa?  I've been reading that they never showed photo.  From watching the replay it looked like it barely hung on and other horse was in front after wire.

I saw the photo. It wasn't that hard to verify the winner.

If you stop it at exactly 1:51, you will see that even just past the wire, Sky High Gal is still in front by a dirty snot.

No controversy except from the usual conspiracy theorists, IMO.

I singled SKY HIGH GAL in the late P4 and actually ended up hitting it twice(late scratch in last leg by horse on my ticket, coupled with win by chalk) and I still cannot believe I won that photo. I was biting my nails even before the race started because I knew I should have used SCARLET STRIKE first on turf. I was sick after they crossed the line because I though there was no way in hell that I won the photo, still can't believe it. STRIKE definitely was in front just past the line and every shot I have seen it looks like she got her nose down right at the wire. Worked out in my favor for what feels like the first time ever, as I'm always on the wrong end of photos and inquiries, but shit, what horseplayer isn't?!?!?

My theory is the ones you lose are the ones you remember, because they carry an emotional sting that burns them into your memory, but in reality it's even steven, wins and losses. It has to be ... every time you lose, someone else wins, and vice versa.

It's pretty clear in the photo that there was some separation between noses. You need to see in in the mirror.
