Breeding Crosses?

Im sure this is a stupid question but bear with me I obviously have never bred a mare before (only owned racehorses).  I have a mare who is out of Artsplace and a Western Hanover Mare.  Is it ok to breed this mare with a stallion who is out of Western Hanover.  I dont know if it is too close or not.  Thanks for all the help and sorry if it is a really stupid question(and the answer is obviously no)!  I have other options to breed to, it just i really like this stallion.

It  has been done many times.  In fact, I have seen a Western Ideal mare be bred to RockNRoll Hanover. I don't know if I would have bred THAT close considering Rocknroll is by Western Ideal but hey, I guess if it works, why not. The Cam line would be a good cross as well.

Idealistically you should skip a generation when crossing so close in pedigrees....but to each their own.
