I also noticed that the Salvation Army has been distributing clothes to some of our members. They have landed at our door steps thinking no one would recognize them in their new duds.  |

I brought over $1000 worth of appliances, TV's, and clothes to the nearby Salvation Army....never even received as much as a thank-you... I hold the idiots that work there responsible...I will think of the fact I helped people during the holiday season who really needed it. |

My Canadian friends refer to the Salvation Army as "Sally Ann." Of course, some of them used to refer to the last president of the United States as "Bushitler," and many use similar terminology when speaking of Canada's effective and admirable PM Stephen Harper, so consider the source.

Yep, The big one is in the Jarvis and Queen area,,,,,,the Crack Cocaine has this area in its grips.....its really getting bad downtown.....what a terrible drug.The big hostel is called the Fred Victor mission run by the Salvation Army....every year I bring 12 cases of oranges and 12 cases of grapefruit for the Xmas morning breakfast as a donation. |
