How he died is different from what caused the action that killed him.

He died of heart failure.  Was he bleeding so bad that his lugs filled and caused him to collapse in cardiac arrest?

If so then what caused the excessive bleeding this time? Ira said he didn't even bleed last time.

Any trauma to the lungs or organs would be listed on the necropsy.

Toxicology takes longer.

I have not challenged the integrity of the overwhelming majority of trainers.
