oh of course i do want him to comeback because he's on my favorites when i first started following the sport seriously. too bad it was brief. would love to see him ride more in my lifetime but does he still got it in him left though that's the question?

If he were to come back i dont think gary would keep going if he was nowhere near the level he was before. he did have bad knee(s) didnt he? i believe thats why he said he didnt mind being overseas and riding solely on the turf for awhile. if those werent bothering him i see no reason why he couldnt compete and do well. rode my fav horse of all time......point given oh of course i do want him to comeback because he's on my favorites when i first started following the sport seriously. too bad it was brief. would love to see him ride more in my lifetime but does he still got it in him left though that's the question?

his body has had a break, did you watch earlie fires when he was 50? i think gary would do just fine, question is after being subjected to it day in and out again how long can his body hold up? he's just over a 100 wins shy of 5000, maybe thats his goal if he does return

He did? I definitely have CRS. Meanwhile, Baeza's only 72. Too bad his legendary agent Lenny Goodman ain't around any more. What a character... sorely missed.

Just the other day, I remembered Count Kef winning from the 8-hole in a Roosevelt FFA at 19-1 in 1975, but I couldn't remember the date, dammit! A check of old progs revealed it was 4/19.
