i know we have a thread on best tv shows but some of these hardly qualify as great shows
imo the best shots on tv were cannon and barnaby jones in a dead heat
they both carried a snub nosed 38 and were dead on once they popped out from behind the tree they were hiding at
they were being shot at with automatic weapons but were deadly with their revolvers

The best TV shot.
Fess Parker playing Davey Crockett in the Walt Disney TV movie
"Davey Crockett and the Great Keel Boat Race."
At a stop at a river saloon Davey gets in a shooting contest.
He lines up a shot that ricochets off three walls, and back to himself were  he catches the slug in his teeth. The scene where he smiles and spits out the slug is TV at it's best.
Buddy Epson as the sidekick.

Mr Ed, When I saw you respond to this thread, I was sure you would say "Mr. Ed" laughing guy

In all seriousness shows from the 60's and 70's were my favorites.

Rifleman, and Bonanza were my favs.

Place money goes to Clint Eastwood in
"The Good ,The Bad, and The Ugly"

If "Blondie" misses the swinging Dugo (Eli Wallick) ,
AH, but this is the movies and the good guy never misses.

I know this was a movie, but I bet it has played on TV more then any other.

Yes!, If I remember it was under the "L" near Bay Parkway?
There was a Jewish Deli there for many many years (86th and Bay Pkwy. Parallel across was an OTB that had more "yellers" than I can imagine).
I saw the Deli was gone. They had the best Knishes around.
I went to 86st few weeks ago and I was the only one that was not Korean.
