The first one to be investigated should be Gural!  Let's make sure he is clean.

Gural is as sly as he is genuine. I am a fan of Jeff's. I also know he is quite shrewd. Jeff mentioned he only has one person in the capacity of inspector at this point.
What will happen the first time the dude reveals himself to a target and asks for a sample? Of course he is made and no longer will be usefull.
Jeff also made reference to the program will make a difference if can witness any doping or other wrong doing, as compared to testing samples.
With that said, I would bet he has a team of trained and qualified recon type ready to do their job.
I doubt he will do this thing half assed like it has been done for ever.

Well, I hope when they drop by the farms, they don't make their first stop at the front office as the Commission has historically done.  Kind of defeats the purpose when one announces their presence like that.  Commision comes in the drive and within 5 minutes everything is going out the back.  They should have included the spot inspection of "offices" and vehicles as well.  Most ppl are way too smart to leave anything at the barn and only bring in what they need THAT day.

It is fast losing that distinction.  Further evidenced by the recent migration of NJ-standing stallions to PA.  Very sad indeed.

Gural seems to be the only one who cares if this sport survives or not. Gural is all alone trying to save this sport, it doesnt appear like he has any help at all.

Is he really trying to save the sport...or just biding his time until he gets the slots?
