I must give him some props on improvement too.  There was an 18 month or so period when he started that it looked as if he was a nothing and never would be, but he has learned and improved greatly.  He is very playable and I wish him the best on continued improvement.

I agree. The only thing that hasn't changed is he still looks like hes 14.
