No one ever said the horse wasn't being fed or cared for. Only that the current owner is a convicted of animal abuse. Fuzzys horses are being loved on. I will bet that. This is not a race horse. Why is he racing him? This cannot be answered. |

I apologize to SB i got upset when he mentioned DRF harness. Everybody knows this is a hot button topic and i have stayed silent for a long time... My opinion that the horse was hoodwinked and looks terrible on the track is just that my opinion and i should have never personally attacked him. I hope people can apologize when they make mistakes and not personally attack people and this site would be better. |

So king did u buy this horse as a yearling on a whim ! This horse went thru the Harrisburg sale and blood horse sale Delaware twice seemed as though the home he had in California lasted the longest ? Now raver had the horse around four months and now he runs like a dear in the majority of his races doing the same thing when he was injured and give over a year off now you say the horse is in good hands. Did you suspect the horse of an injury when you sold him? Did you have suspensions the horse had Epm? Do you have any favorite horses you would never part with? Do you think horses are just a buisness? Do you think our buisness suffers ? |

Ok Fuzzy I will answer your questions once again . Yes the horse was bought on a whim for around 30k as a yearling because he was one of the last Valley Victorys to sell. The horse never had much talent . And NO I dont think the home in California was his longest , He was probably at Four Starz the longest . You talk about EPM like it is a death sentence , ITS NOT ,,, It is very treatable , although it can be expensive depending on what drug you use . NO I never suspected him of having an injury ,, just no talent . No I havnt had any horse that I would not part with , this is a business to me I cant get emotional about them if they cant make me money. I have had my favorites and not the ones Im most associated with , ie, FS Shark . And no I do think our business suffers because of the never ending cycle of horses that wont do any longer being amished . What do you suggest we do with the horses who are no longer capable of racing ?? There are way more bred every year that dont have the talent or soundness to race than there are people willing to take them as pets . That is an economic fact . I do feel bad for the horses who meet there demise at the killers and are amished to bad homes , I just dont feel that FS Valley is one of those horses at this time . You may not like how he came to own the horse but he has raced at multiple tracks and NOT BEEN SCRATCHED LAME ONCE ....... NOT ONCE ...... |
