I am not a Cards fan either but I went to many games in STL, and they have great fans. They never boo their players...great place to play. The team itself never gives up...take it from me..a Mets fan...I should know!

Ralph Kiners best story summed it up: "I walked into Branch Rickeys office after leading the league in HR's for the 9th straight year (or whatever it was), and I asked him for a $5,000 raise from $20,000 to $25,000/year"....Branch Rickey said "sign the $20,000 deal...because we finished in last place with ya we will finish in last place without ya"....call me old fashioned but I wish sports was like that again...I am sick of these Lebron James idiots ruining sports..JMO
