I genuinely believe he is intentionally picking losing horses in an attempt to improve the odds on the horses he does like.
There's only a few hundred dollars in the RcR win pools. Should 1 or 2 unsuspecting BTW readers believe these picks are legit and they wager something as little as $50 or $100, the prices on the other horses will rise dramatically.
It's either that or he is a REALLY bad handicapper.
