I know we all think we are geniuses but it seems the judges must be out playing the slot machines and just texting in the DQ's these days

Race 14.....Harrington.......10/22

They take Allan Davis down from 2nd for interference in the stretch to the 4.....Who was floundering for 3/4 of a mile on the outside and going nowhere......In an everyday ordinary race this is the worst call I have ever seen (Ive seen some almost as bad for big dollars)......I have no idea how they can even justify lighting the inquiry.....Let alone taking the horse down......I really get sick of seeing guys get punished for at least trying to be aggressive......I guess they want everyone to just sit single file and never ever try

The kicker was that Bier.....beat the 5 horse who was down on the rail for 5th anyway......And that was all he was ever going to get

Its not a horrible call. He isn't being punished for being aggressive. He cut in front of the 4 and cost him any shot he might of had at finishing 4th. I would like to see a head on shot but from replay angle he did make the 4 check and swerve. Not the worst call.

I just watched the replay 4x and you are correct its a horrible call.
Shouldnt a major form of criteria be whether
the horse was quitting/finished by the time the #3 with Davis tried to find room?

He was totally and 100% clear of the 4 when he came out.....The 4 being the rat he is grabbed on ever so slightly when that horse got in front of him..... but he never checked.....in fact Daryl had given up even driving the 4 before Allan came out.....Looked like he knew he was done and was trying to give Allan room.....I hit the race on the gate I boxed the 1/2 lineup......So it was a $424 gift to me.....but still an awful call.....If Allan runs up the #2 back and doesnt try to get out.....They probably call him in for that too......But it doesnt matter.....30 people were watching out of 300 million
