Was looking at some tracks stats and realized that The Kid Tyler Smith looks as if he will be the leading driver for the 2012 meet at the Red Mile.
Congrats Kid. Very proud of you. Not bad for a 19 year old. Not bad at all.

That is an impressive distinction considering grand circuit.. However.. And I haven't checked yet so I'm just spitballin.. But he had to have done it all during "garbage time" right? Guess you'd check by comparing earnings per start/win relative to the other guys.. Gonna take a gander.. Regardless, I give kid credit

I think you will find he is the 2nd leading money maker with $452873 with 117 drives right behind Brian Sears with $470553. Thing about it is he has only 2 Grand Circuit race drives.
Made a lot of money during the "Garbage Time Right?"
