I have no idea who you are, nor do I find the need to defend decisions made a decade or more ago, but the general concept was giving someone who was once a groom the opportunity to see if he could make it as a trainer/driver. Did it work? No, but it was my money and my choice. I went into it with my eyes open and have no regrets. My only regrets are for him not being able to take advantage of an opportunity.

Good to see you post, my friend.  I'm sorry to learn of the passing of your mother.  My mother has been gone for 19 years & not a day goes by that I don't think about her.
