Bankroll: $61.90
Last week: The less said, the better. We had an 8-1 finish third, we got an odds-on horse beat (as we hoped) but used the wrong winner and then, due to rushing to get the column done on time after returning from the Jug, we posted wrong numbers for our final play. That is inexcusable and I apologize. It makes no difference, because we lost anyhow, but it won’t happen again. Of course, if we don’t cash this week, there may not be an “again.”

Wasn't even going to jump into this kind of stuff. But Fact is Giss is maybe one of the classiest and nicest people Ive ever come in contact with in any capacity. I am not sure on this but I bet he is doing the column for free. Just supporting the sport. And its not easy putting yourself out there. Most (all?) of the forum trolls and tough guys would never ever do that.  3 cheers for the Giss. |

Noticed threads wont get viewed or noticed etc etc. Except by the trolls. But they don't care. They are veterans at destroying credibility. As I mark every topic read unless it directly affects me or someone I care about. This is what you guys want? I will never get it you seem to crave credibility or to matter. I like reading his articles that aren't related to his awful picks but this segment is pure joke.. Anyone who writes a column on handicapping obviously feels like an elite capper with wisdom to share but this is far from the case, I can link you to his picks, they really are some of the worst betting sttategies

You are a million per cent right JJ---I get bashed in every post too by this guy And to think I sent him the best Harness Racing Book ever written Talk about gratitude I look at his posts because its very disconcerting to see anybody act in such a manner. One can only think "breakdown" and nobody wants to see that. It's a harness racing forum. You would swear we are all on death row waiting to be executed. |
