I just got in and turned on Maywood even though I'm not betting. Race 6 Leonard sits like a statue and gets nailed at the line. Announcer even mentioned Leonard "sitting chilly" down the lane. He looked like he thought he couldn't lose but got beat by an inch. Un*******believable. Check out the replay when it's available.

Most boring, unagressive, stupid, driver on the grounds! Should be fined and suspended for failing to give his best effort down the stretch. Looked like he was falling asleep in the bike.  |

Do we think that the horse would have 'sped up' if CL reached back with a few one handers?
It looked to me like the horse was pacing as fast as he/she could, the driver had this one at top speed and the horse was 'reaching out' and trying. It didnt seem to me the horse needed any more 'encouragement' as it was pacing as fast as he could go.
Now, if the horse seemed to 'pull himself up' in the final 16th and the driver grabbed and eased him up than yeah, it would have been a travesty. It just looked like the driver was making the horse go as fast as he could go, im not sure a few one handers would have made this horse go any faster.

and you know that how ? Seems as if the "one handers" by Roberts made his horse go faster and GUESS WHAT HE WON...And Leonard "sitting chilly" you must have heard the term, LOST. The driver lost that race..Fact not fiction and opinion. |

Without knowing Maywood and this drivers style....It's tough to make a case for cheating..... The Allan Davis famous smoking gun of race fixing video is very clear that Allan held his horse back..... Is leanard known to be a chilly driver with the lead?? I would start the process of notifying Maywood ...ect......but I just dont see a smoking gun here..... maybe he is very good at losing by making it look good.... I dont know..... I could be wrong BUT I'M NOT. If that race is $100 grand do you think Leonard sits there like a *** in the last 100 yards? Everybody knows the answer.

Good Point.... I am not a driver.... so I do not know if "urging " would of helped win this race.... The horse was going foward... BUT,,,, I would think if this was a 100k race....he would of looked a teeenie bit more motivated.... Has he ever been involved in a huge purse race??

He drove my horse once this year and my horse broke at the gait. It was the only time in 2 years my horse broke. The horse is "GREAT GAITED" yet this moron who drove my horse once comes back and says my horse is bad gaited?  Whatever the reason for the break, it was NOT what he suggested. The dude has no clue what he is experiencing or judging out there!!!! |

This horse gets a rise from noise. He wears earplugs. All Leonard had to do was crack the shaft a couple of times and he wins. Watch his other races on Maywood.com and you will see he does get game when urged!!!!
