That Bill Rickman Jr., et al has agreed in principle to sell Delaware Park to the same Russian guy who bought the New Jersey Nets for around 300 Million, if that is true the old saying is true some people do have more money than brains.

I doubt if Prokorov makes many unsound investment decisions.
Buying the Nets and developing Brooklyn Barclays Center is a goldmine already and NBA basketball hasnt even started yet.
I doubt buying casino action will result in a losing proposition, even if the track has 67 patrons a day.

considering his background and how and where he earned his money, he is not going to and is not making an unsound investment.  Fact legit 1000% rubels.

uhh, wouldn't the NBA have somewhat of a problem with a Casino owner.....the Maloof that owned Sacramento, alledgedley had NO ownership in "The Palms".
