I could not even finish reading the story with that horses picture looking at me , That's a Discrace , how some one could do that !

I do think that would be justice or
Should be made to clean sewers infested with aligators.

if it is a minor I think the parrents should have to pay for the horses treatment the vet s are giving and care for this horse the rest of their life and in know way should ever be allowed to have any pets should be a registered animal abuser just like sex abusers
