Saying that she was a modest earner is not correct... 11 wins and $150k is solid, but nice story by the writer. Creating awareness is critical. I wish there were a picture of her.

The trainer is a ham and egger and he deserves some respect for his concern for the mare. There are million dollar trainers out there and I have not read stories about them doing the same. We need an Eclipse each year for the unsung.
