Huh

Didn't the 8 horse win leg 6? That's the one that knocked me out of a chance at 5 of 6, AND the pick 4.

Are we looking at the same results?

I bet more tickets than just the one i  posted here. The one's i bet were too pricey to post.

Oooh, good catch!

BTW Forum rule 14-125(a), subclause 2.1, specifically prohibits the posting of exorbitantly priced tickets.

I wasn't trying to trick you into a violation of forum rules, I swear.

I had 4 out of 6, the 2 races i missed were legs 4 and 5.

Great pick 6 to play into, big pool, wide open races, congrats to the skillful ones who nailed this, very nice payday.

Man did you start out with a bang!  I hope you put some money on that first longshot you had.

The 3-5 shot won the first leg of the pick 6. Unfun!

Exactly! That's why I wasnt going to post a 'monopoly money' ticket that was unaffordable to everyone except the Forbes 500 list!

Oh shoot.  I screwed up.  I looked at race 1 first, not thinking.  That was the long shot.  I'm and idiot!  Been away from betting too long.  Too much summer company!

Good thinking. You don't want anyone to think that you are full of it, and that you played no such "big money" ticket.

Depends on what you consider big money.

It's all relative...but if you couldn't post your tickets because they were "too pricey", then it's what YOU consider "big money" to be...not me.

I am surrounded by guys with large bankrolls; doesn't affect me a bit...other than to remember not to have my mouth drop open when one of them shows me a winning ticket that says "$800 WIN PLACE SHOW" on it.

I can pull the trigger on a $200 win bet if I am totally convinced I have the winner...but any more than that, and I need to have a change of shorts nearby.  Wink

Our real summer doesn't start until next month but the summer company is frying my brain like mad. You wouldn't believe the moochers we have had this summer.

I would say that anything over 1,000 is probably 'big money' in forumland.

Yep. If you posted a ticket THAT big, you'd probably cause a memory stack overflow, or some such.
