I think they should list the vets on the program too.
It would be an interesting idea (handicapping tool) to see which trainers use which vets and where they rank. Plus it would help decide if you want to claim one or not from a particular trainer.

Just an opinion

Almost everyone uses more than one vet.

Trotter:

What I think Redneck means is to list in the program what pre-race was used for each horse. In other words, they could say, the 4 in the first race received 6 oz. of soda, the 2 got 3 oz, and the 7 received 2cc of morphine. Get the picture? At least we would be able to see who got what, instead of guessing.

Yeah I wonder what they would list for the trainers that do their own vet work.

Big P:

In the case where the trainer does his own vet work, the program could say, first race #6 has 2cc of etorphine and 8oz of soda administered by an anonymous source. Yeah, that would work.

Fan:

Absolutely. That was my point. If caught, blame it on the enviornment. It could not have happened any other way, Right?

Almost everyone uses more than one vet.

Just for example "what if" out of the top 10 trainers in the standings 8 of them use the same vet
whether it be one or more , which would be kind of expensive in itself.

It would then have to figure into play when you`re wagering.

Care:

Man, that is a great excuse you came up with. I was thinking of more excuses like:

a) No shit, how the hell did you find that needle in my barn?

b) I use baking soda to keep the barn smelling fresh.

c) That fuc#in groom must be on cocaine, or

d) What narcotic are you even talking about, I never heard of such a drug?

Maybe one of these will work for my horsemen friends in the future. LOL.
