Waiting to hear more from the attorney involved....even with this sale it still doesn't allow him to race the horse so I'm not sure what he hoped to gain from it. Sometimes I wish people would just do the right thing...scratch that, I ALWAYS wish people would do the right thing.

I always want to believe in the humane and ethical thing when it comes to horsemen and horses but it just doesn't happen their are more stories like this in this business to fill every Library on Earth and every damn bathroom wall and out house its just makes me sick. Well one can only hope Mr Road kill gets his comens and when he does I hope all of us get to witness it. With Life you get no free pass and for every thing that a human does good or bad one will always have something coming to them ten times worse than the deed an individual has done or ten times better. Just think the Lady that owns that horse, one of her horses races and represents the UNITED STATES MARINES CORPS that fight for your freedom to be nothing less than a common azz horse thief. To bad it wasn't Texas they would hang his con man azz.Put a sign on his chest "Hoss Thief".
