in jersey pammy, there are beaches with boardwalks. ever watch snooki and co?  you have to pay a daily fee and wear a wristband to go on the beach in jersey. how do you think that would go over in calif?

Pammy

My wife and I were biking the beach in Evanston and Rogers park today.    There is path you can ride.   The path isn't continuous so you have to ride on some residential streets at least between Evanston and Chicago.

From North Chicago (around Hollywood I want to say) you can ride your bike all the way to the south side.   I've never gone much further than Evanston to Navy Pier myself but one could do that.

In Delaware/MD (Where we do at least have great beaches and not much else) lots of people bike on the boardwalk in the AM.....I think bikes are banned after 10 am though (at least during peak season)

Yikes!  You have to PAY to go to the beach?  NO, this would never happen  here. The coastal commission would never allow it.

So boardwalks is where you can bike.  Got it. Can't do that here. No boardwalks. Santa Cruz, yes, but you would not even try it there.

Is snookie that trashy thing on TV?  Neve saw it but read about it.  Another Yikes there!

P. S.  It does sound fun to be able to bike at the beach.

Perfect time to bike then.  I would love it.
