Dullahan was noticeably HOT today on the track-lathered on the neck and under the saddle-stay tuned as I observe these colts day to day a.m.

Jay, how have you been... Jay and I go way back, great poster.   I have to tell you that I'm not a Dullahan fan in that spot, his race on the poly was fast by the clock but not a standout by the figure.  It's as wide open a Derby as I've ever seen, the kind of race where you almost have to insist on 12 to 15-1 to make any kind of a sizable bet.

Hey Wings...I'm fine. Had a broken bone in my right hand (no comments, please), and was in a hard cast for a month..a real nightmare. I'm doing my usual "hit and run". I went to the new "casino" at Aqueduct a couple of weeks ago, and was blown away by the number of people feeding those machines. I walked thru, went to the track, and got lucky..caught Dominguez on a consecutive double (one at 5/2, the other at 3/2), took my money and ran. I can't believe seeing $10,000 claimers racing for $25-30K purses. I still like Dullahan.

Sounds you you're familiar with the area. These people have the combined mentality of Gypsies, Muslims, and whatever else you want to thrown into the mix.  I could care less. I've been in the same rent stabilized apartment for more than 30 years. It's like living rent free, and I'm situated a short drive from Yonkers, Aqueduct, and Belmont. What could be better ??

Actually, some of the Bukharian Jews there are quite sharp... many speak five or six languages. One is teaching me Russian AND Farsi.
