When are you going to put those doughnuts and Potbelly subs down for 2 seconds and rule on all those Indomethacin positives the chronic abuser of the racing laws received in his barn months ago ?  Now that the light of justice is beginning to shine on Ruckerco. like some spotbeam on a cockroach, isn't it time to shut down the cheater operation at its Illinois hub ?  It does seem the prudent course.  Laim-o, are you listening (reading) ?  If so, per usual make copies of Barn to Wire to flaunt around the hallowed Dearborn St. halls and help save our sport from the worst of the worst on the abuser scale.  Your Barney Fife gun of justice should have more than one bullet in it now, after the NJRC finally did something.   trotter  TC

I think it truly is a shame that the IRB has not made a public statement reguarding the position it will take in this matter! Does it take into account who the owner of the effected horse is? It smells real bad and the hard working honest trainers get put under a blanket of suspect characters.
