Man In Vegas Blowing The Syndicate's Money To The Wind

He has got a group of 15/20 people in the syndicate and every day he makes his bets and every day you can see the money flying/blowing in the air. Then he comes on air and claims his horses were no tries. He keeps no accounting so we can't really tell how much is left in the kitty.

People have been lining up on Summerlin street just as the races start to grab some of the loot.
