Hawthorne IL Derby Day CONTEST!

Alright, I'm doing another contest. We are going simple here.

1) Pick a horse and alternate in each of Hawthorne's 10 races tomorrow, Saturday April 7th.

2) Should your top selection (first horse) scratch out, your alternate will take it's place. Should the alternate scratch, you will receive the post-time favorite.

3) Highest Return based on a $2 Win/Place wager every race will determine the winner.

4) One race you can designate as your DOUBLE race where the wager placed will be a $4 Win/Place wager on your selection.

Please post picks in the following format:

Race 1 --  # // #  (the first # being your top selection, the second being your alternate)
Race 2 --  # // #...etc...

Please designate your DOUBLE race also by placing DOUBLE next to the selection for that race. Only one race can be used as a double.

Don't be cheap in the DDs and P3s, use BOTH horses! I caught a pretty nice exacta in the 1st contest ($550+), but in the last contest I failed to play rolling P3's for $8 each and missed out on splitting a $3100+ net P3 pool that someone took down all alone late in the card. That smarted a bit!
