I think there is a carryover at Maywood this Thursday in the Pick 5 (around $4,800), as nobody hit it last Friday night.  Yet, when you go to the Maywood website, there is no mention of it. Who's responsible for this incompetence? They have had three days to put the carryover information up there. What an embarrassment. At least Balmoral usually puts up their carryovers on their website. I just went to the U.S.T.A website, thinking that maybe at least there, I can read about, maybe, a guaranteed $10,000 net pool for Thursday's Pick 5.  There is nothing there, either. Don't they know that publicizing carryovers is a great way to attract more dollars to the pool? Just another example of how "dead" Illinois racing has become.

It's up now.  Important thing is that it will be on the internet betting sites which list all carryovers.

Harness Racing should find a way to list harness racing carryovers on the DRF website. There are a lot of thoroughbred players who are carryover hungry and if they see a harness racing carryover on a day that their favorite thoroughbred track is dark, well, maybe you can get a new fan that way. It can't hurt and can only help.

Duke and his Maywood crew simply don't give a damn - it's the same story over and over again - what other track fails to put carryover info on its website??  Maywood is the only one - and they're consistent about it too - this happens all the time...
