And making funny faces, I bet.

I always find it impossible to listen to what the guy next to her is saying when it's her turn to be quiet, because she's putting on such a face-making and hair-flipping show next to him. Of course, the fact that the sound is never turned up at the simulcast hall also makes it tough to listen to the guy next to her.

Bet she learned how to get along with Dorochenko then.

I'm thinkin' a Russian speaking dog might be quite a novelty.

He is actually really pleasant to talk to and quite hilarious.

Agree - he seemed more open and approachable after he settled into Arlington.

For a chain smoker he's got the pearliest whites I've seen.

My buddy was out having a smoke with him at Hawthorne right after Arlington and all he went on about was "I can't train on that F'n polytrack...all my horses are F'ed up...how can you bet on this sh*t they're all rats!", etc..

This thread cannot go much longer without including a reference to Gennadi's old associate (actually) named Semen Shoychin.

Jeezus, how do you get stuck with a name like that?

I thought my old co-workers Harry Suckfuell and Lodis Dinwiddie had it bad.

There was a linebacker I think with New England with the last name Honeybuns.  Also had a co-worker with last name Bloodsaw!  It can get worse HV.

I guess I'm never going to grow up. I could be 100 and that would make me laugh.

OK, I have to join in this thread.  I really tried not to, honest.

I had a teenage neighbor with the name of Kathy Tiddy.  When she got married I was thinking how great it was for her that her name would change.  Nope, she KEPT HER MAIDEN NAME.  What the heck?!

I had seriously contemplated Dick Trickle but..1) Didn't know if Jockey Club would let that fly for numerous reasons and 2) Most importantly..I just couldn't do that to the horse  Angry

And then, of course, there is the Saskatchewan gas station owner made infamous by David Letterman:
