Smolly, looks like the advice and comments, mostly positive are coming your way. As someone with 30+ plus years in the business and still employed in the business AND working the frontside, backside, driving, training, owning and everything in between I can offer this to you from a stewards point of view. Stay safe, get outta the way, dont loose line, always be in control, dont carve your horses (when they are done, they're done), dont showboat, be humble, and when going for the money, get the trip. Good luck to you. Perhaps the posters that have such strong opinions that have never had a 1/2 ton animal breathing down their neck going 30+ miles an hour will somehow gain some insight on the actual racing experience from you. I look forward to your posts. Best to you.
Good points worshiper! I too play all aspects of the sport and you are correct about taking advise from people who have never sat in the bike.
